• Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-2 days and delivery confirmed by way email with tracking information.

• Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to USA clients only.

• Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by CandeeLove is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, CandeeLove will refund the client in full within 1 day. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 25% administration fee.

When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We are happy to provide account credit or replace items found to be DEFECTIVE. Due to the nature and usage of Adult Products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and the warehouses do not accept returns.You must contact us within the first 30 days when you (or your customer) have received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting either a refund or replacement. We will enter the information into your order so that your product issue can be handled smoothly. Please send your order number, the product name/SKU, and a detailed description of the issue and/or photos to support@candeelove.com.

Occasionally, manufacturers will have a requirement to receive defective items back. In the event an item needs to be sent in, we will notify you and ask that you include the following in your return package:

– The packing slip
– A note telling us what the problem was
– A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!

We have tens of thousands of products on our site. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a refund for a product without measurements, due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements, including size, before placing your order. In the event a product does not match its description, please contact us at support@candeelove.com with details and photos. The same is true for color as different monitors display colors according to user settings. Finally, manufacturers may change packaging styles before they update our images. In these cases, the product is exactly has described, but the packing may look different. These situations are not cause for return/credit.

CandeeLove shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). • Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards, Apple Pay and Paypal, the details of which will be provided on request.

• Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for CandeeLove via Payfast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

• Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by CandeeLove separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast’s secure site. For more details on Payfast refer to www.payfast.io.

• Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

CandeeLove takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
